All orders are subject to product availability.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to Customer’s registered address. Any alternative delivery addresses for one off deliveries will need to be discussed with your customer service representative.
3. Delivery Time / Days
A delivery date will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times vary and can be expected between the hours of 7am and 3pm Monday to Friday. Exact delivery times cannot be provided as runs are subject to change and traffic may affect delivery times, however at customers request our driver can make contact 30 – 60 minutes before delivery.
Delivery days are subject to change and can be affected by public holidays. United Food Services will notify you in advance, of any changes to your deliver days due to Public Holiday’s or permanent changes for your delivery area.
Please note we do not ship on Weekends.
4. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.
5. Shipping Costs
Free Delivery is applied for all orders over $300 + GST
A delivery fee of $20 + GST applies to all orders that fall under the free delivery threshold.
6. Damaged/ Missing Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery or missing stock, contact us immediately at 1300 UFOOD2 (1300 836 632).

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that staff are present OR delivery instructions provided (eg: lock box pin code, keys provided, please call 30 minutes before delivery).
It remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure all stock is packed away upon delivery.
If store is closed and customer is unreachable the entire order will be returned to United Food Services Warehouse and order will be credited. It is the customers responsibility to re-arrange stock delivery or pick up during warehouse operating hours.
