You can return any damaged or incorrect item for a credit towards your account, within 7 days of receiving your original order. Please contact our office directly on 1300 UFOOD2 (1300 836 632) to advise stock being returned.
Full Credit for Item will be offered to all items received that were incorrect, damaged, missing, or not as we described.

Policy Overview

The United Food Services Team must be informed of all returns. 
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
For credit or exchanges of expired or damaged products, customers are required to send pictures of defects without a picture we cannot process request.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  1. Authorisation
    Returns can be made upon your next delivery directly to the driver, please contact the office on 1300 UFOOD2 (1300 836 632) to advise so that a comment can be added to your next delivery docket for driver to collect.

  2. Credits (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected – You will be notified if for any reason you refund is rejected. Once approved, your refund will be processed, a credit will be applied to your account and a credit note will be automatically emailed from our system. Please note it is company policy that any credits remain on your customer card to be applied against future orders.  We do not offer refunds via cash, cheque or Bank Transfer.

  3. Late or missing credit (if applicable)
